KALAFEST

KALAFEST was organized to bring out the artist in every employee. Photography, short film making, metal art, digital mural making and carpentry were some of the activities conducted. It was an initiative to encourage and sensitize employees towards art.

GOT TALENT

In an endeavor to encourage the hidden talents of employees, CTR’s Got Talent was arranged where employees got to showcase their talent in singing, dancing, drama, fashion show and antakshari. Era wise three teams Mukaddar ke Sikandar, Dilwale and Rockstars did scintillating performances.

SPORTS
DAY

Sports Day was conducted in all three locations of CTR where 15 sports, 38 matches, 160 players participated. To name a few cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, tug of war, badminton, carrom, chess and races were played. Four teams Challengers, Warriors, Sunrisers and Fighters competed against each other in some nail biting matches.

FUNFAIR

Funfairs have been conducted at every location to increase bonding and camaraderie between employees. Employees put up their own food stalls and games stalls. Entertainment for families was also arranged.

GARDENING
ACTIVITIES

For the past three years gardening as an activity has been encouraged for employees. Workshops are conducted to familiarize them with basic material and techniques. Employees have been growing vegetable and flowering plants in cartons provided.
