OVERVIEW

• In house Complete state of art manufacturing setup with Automatic Pressure Gelation machine with QA/QC testing facility for 100% Oil Leakage free Epoxy Bushings.
• Manufacturing processes are closely controlled and monitored to avoid chances of pinholes, voids and surface defect by experienced and skilled workforce.
• Product range comprises of 3.6kV 2150A, 3300A, 4000A, 5000A for solar and wind application. 
• ETP grade Copper with High Purity of > 99.3% and Tin plating.
• 100% HV testing of each bushing
• In house facility for thermal cycle test for bushings.
• Glass Transition Temperature test (Tg) more than 130ºC
• All products are Type Tested at NABL approved Laboratories complying with International Standards IEC 60137 and Indian Standards IS:2099.
