CTR is proud to announce the successful supply, refurbishment, and commissioning of BHEL make transformer rating 155 MVA, 220\33 kV radiators at JSW Dolvi, completed within an impressive one-week time frame. The project was executed with meticulous planning and efficient coordination, significantly reducing transformer downtime and ensuring a quick return to normal operations.
The project commenced with a detailed site survey conducted by the CTR team, during which the scope of work was thoroughly analyzed. As part of the execution process, the old radiators were carefully removed from the transformer bank. The radiator bank was then cleaned and repainted to ensure long-term protection and operational efficiency. In addition, transformer oil was drained, filtered, and prepared for recommissioning, ensuring optimal transformer performance.
Following the refurbishment activities, new radiators were installed and fitted onto the transformer bank with precision and adherence to industry standards. The entire system was successfully commissioned, meeting the project requirements and operational expectations.
